Willa "Billie" Davault Dickinson, 99, of Marble Hill died Friday, Nov. 7, 1997, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 1, 1898, at Marble Hill, daughter of William Addison and Margaret Emma Davault.

She married Charles Wright, a claims lawyer with the AAA of Missouri. He died in 1964.

She then married Abram B. Dickinson, a chemist and plant managerof Union Carbide's Bakelite Division. He died in 1986.

She resided in St. Louis until 1961 and then Sarasota, Fla., until the fall of 1994 when she returned to Marble Hill.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary Lohman of Marble Hill; a stepson, Donald W. Dickinson of Placerville, Calif.; two sisters, Iona Cavallo of Jackson and Mildred Thomas of Jonesboro, Ark.; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.

Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. Monday at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral chapel. The Rev. Fred Ritter will officiate, with burial in the Glen Allen Cemetery.
