Wiley Lee Bell, 50, of St. Louis and formerly of Lilbourn, Mo., died Saturday, Aug. 11, 2001, at the John Cochran VA Medical Center in St. Louis.

He was born April 9, 1951, in Catron, Mo., the son of Wiley and Evelyn Jackson Bell Sr.

He served in the U.S. Navy.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy Bell of Lilbourn; two daughters, Lukenia and Melissa Jackson, both of Benton Harbor, Mich.; three sisters, Neomia Crum of Lilbourn, Ora Lee Morris and Martha Bell, both of St. Louis; two brothers, Abram Bell of Goosecreek, S.C., and Lahue Bell of St. Louis.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. today at the Williams-Farr & Purnell Funeral Home in Howardville, Mo.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, with Prophet Norma Brooks officiating.

Burial will be at the Simmons Park Cemetery at Catron.
