WALTER BIEHLE

PERRYVILLE - Walter Biehle, 92, of Perryville, died May 11, 1991, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville.

He was born Feb. 13, 1899, in Milheim, son of the late Henry and Anna Klaus Biehle.

Surviving are a sister, Irene Leonard of Perryville; a half-brother, Hubert Biehle of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and a half-sister, Viola Brown of Florissant. Two brothers preceded him in death.

Biehle was a businessman with an electric shop in Perryville and a past Perry County treasurer and collector. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 1263; the Elks Lodge; and a booster member of the American Legion.

Visitation will begin after 4 p.m. today and continue until 10:45 a.m. Tuesday. The body will then be taken to St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church in Perryville for mass at 11 a.m.

A wake service will be held Monday at 7 p.m. at the Young & Sons Funeral Chapel.

Burial will be in the St. Maurus Catholic Cemetery in Biehle. The Rev. Edward Wilson will officiate.
