Vivian M. Nichols, 80, of 611 South West End Boulevard, died Saturday, Jan. 23, 1993, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born July 21, 1912, at Leora, Mo., daughter of Leroy and Ethel Wright Hyslop.
She formerly worked at Southeast Missouri Hospital. She was a member of Red Star Baptist Church and the Cape Garden Apartment Bible Class.
Survivors are sons, Larry R. Thomas, state of California, Charles R. Hyslop and Daniel L. Wiley, both of Birch Tree, Mo., and Alfred B. Wiley, Kansas City; a daughter, Vivian Yvonne Schott, Benton, Ky.; brothers, Paul and James Hyslop, both of Bloomfield, and Robert E. Hyslop, Dexter; sisters, Edna Harper, Wanda Parks, and Betty Summers, all of Dexter, Bonnie Brown, St. Louis, and Florence, Bright, Jackson; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
A daughter, two brothers and a sister preceded her in death.
Service will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel with the Rev. S.S. Borum officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. today.
