Vicki Sue LaPlante, 60, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2002, at St. Francis Medical Center. She was born Dec. 17, 1941, daughter of Pat A. and Twyla B. Krause Lenz. She and Gary LaPlante were married March 3, 1968. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Rond Bland of Sycamore, Ohio, Jeff Morrison of Cape Girardeau; four daughters, Saunder O'Conner of Phoenix, Ariz., Kathy Tinnoco of Utica, N.Y., Sylvia Higgins and Charlene Ponnce of Fostoria, Ohio; and five grandchildren...

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, and a sister.

Private commital service will be Saturday at Rising Sun Cemetery in Rising Sun, Ohio.

McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau is in charge of local arrangements.
