JACKSON -- Verna Mae Crawford, 73, of Jackson, died Thursday, July 25, 1991, at her home.

She was born March 12, 1918, in Oswego, Kan., daughter of Nova and Lena Robinson Atwood. She married Daniel Crawford May 18, 1946, who preceded her in death July 23, 1973.

Survivors are sons Donald Crawford of Oklahoma City, Okla., Nova Crawford of Fruitland; brothers Doyle Atwood of Salina, Kan., Dr. Dale Atwood of Kinsley, Kan., and seven grandchildren.

Crawford was a member of First Baptist Church of Jackson.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Waugh-Yokum-Friskle Memorial Chapel in Iola, Kan.
