Funeral service for Velma Pearl Pazkiewicz of St. Louis will be held at noon today at Kutis Funeral Home in St. Louis. Burial will be at 3 p.m. in St. Martin Cemetery at Starkenburg, with the Rev. Thomas Seifner officiating.

Pazkiewicz, 71, died Monday, Nov. 25, 1996, at the Lutheran Home.

She was born Aug. 23, 1925, in Cuba, Mo., daughter of James and Pearl Ellis Ringensien. She married Walter Pazkiewicz, who died in 1983.

Pazkiewicz had been an inspector with St. Louis Dye Casting Co.

Survivors include three daughters, Pat Murray and Jeri Bohnert of Cape Girardeau, Donna Fowler of St. Louis; a sister, Margaret Bayless of St. Louis; two brothers, Bob Ringensien of Cuba, Mo., Bill Ringensien of St. Louis; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a sister.
