WARE, Ill. -- Velma Harrison, 66, of Licking, Mo., formerly of Ware, died Friday, July 11, 2003, in Houston, Mo.
She was born April 20, 1937, in Anna, Ill., daughter of Everett Lee and Flora Connell Davis. She and Bon Harrison Jr. were married Dec. 23, 1958, in Jonesboro, Ill. He died Oct. 3, 1981.
She was a member of Galilee Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Mike Davis of Ware; two sisters, Dora Hancock and Janet Wallenmeyer of Ware; four brothers, William Davis of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., Arthur Davis of Anna, Phillip Davis of Jonesboro and Don Davis of Rockford, Ill.; and a fiance, Tom Nunn of Licking.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jim Stamp officiating. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.
