He was born Feb. 3, 1943, to Troy and Thelma Bowden Montgomery in Jackson County, Arkansas.

Troy was the beloved brother of Mary Montgomery Ferronato and beloved uncle to Margo Ferronato Sample and Monti Jerome Ferronato (deceased).
The memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. March 24 at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
