DEXTER -- Funeral service for Treva M. Culver of Dexter will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Chapel in Dexter, with the Rev. Vaughn Wright officiating. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery.
Culver, 77, died Saturday, March 18, 1995, at her home.
She was born May 17, 1917, in Maynard, Ark., daughter of Thadus and Matilda Hill Poore. She and William David Culver were married in September 1934. He died Sept. 28, 1981.
Culver retired as a clerk at Ringer Hardware. She was a member of First Christian Church.
Survivors include five sons, Bill Culver of Falkville, Ala., Harley Culver of Walnut Ridge, Ark., Haley Culver of Dexter, Kenneth Culver of Elgin, Ill., Ardell Culver of Shreveport, La.; eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, three brothers and a sister.
