TRESSIE HENDERSON

ANNA, Ill. -- Funeral service for Tressie Henderson of Anna will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Crain Funeral Home in Anna, with the Rev. Brent Gordon officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. today, and Saturday until service time.

Henderson, 88, died Wednesday, March 13, 1996, at her home.

She was born March 21, 1907, in Warren County, Tenn., daughter of William Henry and Betty Lance Jones.

Henderson had been a cook at Southern Barbeque and Golden Tulip, and had worked at the former International Shoe Co. in Anna.

Survivors include a daughter, Golda Winn of Anna; five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, a daughter, two brothers and a sister.
