TRENTON WESLEY COOMER

CHAFFEE -- Trenton Wesley Coomer, 7, of Chaffee, drowned Sept 3, 1991, in a pond near Advance. His father, Wesley Coomer, 31, also drowned.

Trenton Coomer was born Jan. 3, 1984, at Cape Girardeau, son of Wesley Alan and Rhonda Jean Wagoner Coomer. His mother, of Chaffee, survives.

He was a second-grade student in the Chaffee public school. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church of Chaffee and was a Royal Ranger.

Survivors, in addition to his mother, are paternal grandparents, Robert Rufus and Alma Coomer, both of Advance Route 1; maternal grandmother, Wanda Wagoner, Scott City; maternal grandfather, Jerry Wagoner, Perkins; maternal great-grandfather, Stack McAlister, Chaffee; maternal great-grandmother, Pearline Wagoner, Perkins; and a brother, Trever Coomer, of the home.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 2 p.m. Thursday.

Service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the funeral chapel with the Rev. William Marshall officiating. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
