Traci Smith

HARRISBURG, Ark. -- Traci Ann Smith, 50, of Harrisburg departed this life Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2021, at St. Bernard Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

She was born July 23, 1970, in Cape Girardeau, the daughter of Richard S. and Laverne A. Baugher Smith. Her parents both preceded her in death.

She was employed as an agent in Tri State Ag Risk/AgriPartner Crop Insurance.

Traci worked diligently in the Mother's Club and Sport Booster Club. She was a fierce protector and lover of her friends and family. She had a big personality and loved to make people laugh. Traci enjoyed time spent with her family, friends and her dogs.

She is survived by one son, Blye Smith of Harrisburg; brother, Brian (Cathy) Smith of Newark, Delaware; and sister, Debbie (Keith) Kyle of Cape Girardeau.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Jackson's Funeral Home in Harrisburg.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau, with visitation from 1 p.m. until service time. Interment will be in Lindsey Cemetery in McClure, Illinois.
