ORAN, Mo. -- Funeral Mass for Todd Daniel of Oran will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Guardian Angel Catholic Church. The Revs. Lewis Hejna and Normand Varone will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran after 4 p.m. today. Parish prayers will be at 7, and Knights of Columbus prayers at 7:30.

Daniel, 25, died Sunday, Nov. 5, 2000, in an automobile accident on County Road 261 near Oran.

He was born Dec. 27, 1974, at Sikeston, Mo., son of Rick and Carol Ann Daniel.

Daniel attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, and received a bachelor of science degree in agronomy from Southeast Missouri State University in 1997.

He was manager of Southeast Co-op in Oran. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Council 4311 and FarmHouse Fraternity at the University of Missouri.

Survivors include his father and stepmother, Rick and Trudy Daniel of Oran; his mother and stepfather, Carol and Robert Gosche of Benton, Mo.; a sister, Crissy Daniel of Columbia; four stepbrothers, Todd and Torey Gosche of Benton, Trent Gosche of Kelso, Mo., Nick Pace of Webb City, Mo.; maternal grandparents, Bill and Dorothy Jansen of Oran; paternal grandparents, Henry Daniel of Bell City, Mo., and Kathy McIntyre of Sikeston.
