Tina Roberts

Florence Parthena "Tina" Roberts, 86, of Jackson passed away Sunday, Nov. 15, 2020, at Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Aug. 11, 1934, in Gideon, Missouri, daughter of John and Fleta Hays Ellsworth. She and Frank Roberts were married Dec. 12, 1953.

Tina was a member at First Baptist Church in Jackson. She took pride in being a homemaker and caring for her family.

Loving survivors include her husband Frank of 66 years of marriage; three sons; Steve (Lee) Roberts of Wentzville, Missouri, Kevin (Monique) Roberts of Elizabeth, Kentucky and Myron (Debbie) Roberts of Wentzville.

Also surviving are five grandchildren, Melissa (Alex) Powers, Kristen Roberts, Matthew Roberts, Sarah Roberts and Mikayla Roberts; and one great granddaughter, Nora Roberts.

She was preceded in death by five brothers, Harold, David, Vernon, Norman and Burl Ellsworth.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Kevin Roberts officiating. Interment will be in Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.

The family suggests contributions be made to Crown Hospice.
