Thomas Leslie Warner, 32, of Cape Girardeau passed away Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012, at Normandy Nursing Center in St. Louis.
He was born Feb. 3, 1980, in Cape Girardeau, to Larry Dean Charles Warner and Ruth Ann Cotner Burke.
Thomas worked for the city of Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation before becoming disabled.
Survivors include his mother, Ruth (Gary) Burke of Whitewater; three brothers, Jay (Candy) Warner of Marble Hill, Mo., Tim (Tracy) Warner of Jackson, David Burke of Fort Carson, Colo.; a sister, Tabatha (Chuck) Bain of Advance, Mo.; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents; and a nephew, Lewis Bain.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at Fellowship Baptist Church.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church, with the Revs. Joe McCullough and Matt Butrum officiating.
