Thomas Wayne Foulk was born Dec. 22, 1944, in Illmo and lost his battle with Alzheimer's at the age of 76 on Friday, May 8, 2020, at Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.
Tom joined the Army on Aug. 8, 1965, and served in Vietnam. He was honorably discharged July 7, 1967.
He was a carpenter, mechanic and landowner. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, canoing and hiking with his dogs.
He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by brothers, Robert and Billy Foulk; sister, Theresa Ruopp; daughters, Mia (Mike) Anglin, Brandi (Chelsea) Foulk and Tasha (Dustin) Bollinger; grandchildren, Joshua Leggett, Katelyn Bollinger, Owen Bollinger and Luke Bollinger; and two great-grandchildren.
Tom was preceded in death by his mother, Alene Foulk; father, William Foulk; sister, Norma Schoeppel; and infant great-grandson, Joshua Michael Leggett.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, Missouri.
