Thelma L. Dippold, 80, of Cape Girardeau passed away Friday, June 11, 2021, at her home.
She was born April 4, 1941, in Lutesville, Missouri, daughter of Joseph A. and Nancy Jane Kirkpatrick Rhodes. She and Howard Dippold were united in marriage March 17, 1962.
Thelma worked with her husband in cleaning businesses and attended Plainview Congregational Church.
Survivors include her husband, Howard, of the home; daughters, Carolyn Steger and Donna Kuehn, both of Cape Girardeau; brothers, Kenneth Rhodes and Elzie Rhodes, both of Marble Hill, Missouri; grandchildren; and great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, George, Lloyd, Raymond, John, Carl and Delzie Rhodes; and sister, Norma Jean Jarrell.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the Plainview Cemetery Fund.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Plainview Congregational Church, with the Rev. Otis Long officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
