Michael Ray Hargon, 27, Rebecca Dawn Hirtz Hargon, 29, and James Patrick Hargon, 4, died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2004, in Vaughan, Miss.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. today at Canton Funeral Home in Canton, Miss. A prayer vigil will be held at 7.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Canton. Burial will be in Ellison United Methodist Church Cemetery in Vaughan.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
Michael and Rebecca attended Holmes Community College where they received their associate degrees. Michael was a construction supervisor with Warren Excavation. Rebecca was a physical therapy assistant at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital in Winona, Miss.
Survivors include Michael's mother, Diana Hargon of Vaughan; a sister, Jennifer Hargon of Vaughan; a grandmother, Perry Hargon of Vaughan; Rebecca's parents, William B. and Linda Hirtz of Poplar Bluff; a sister and brother-in-law, Elizabeth and David Moore of Vaughan; a sister, Marcia Hirtz of Poplar Bluff; a brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Jaclyn Hirtz of Brookhaven, Miss.; grandparents, William J. and Gertrude Hirtz of Campbell, Mo.; two nieces; two nephews; and numerous cousins.
They were preceded in death by Michael's father, Dan Haywood Hargon Sr.; a brother, Dan Haywood Hargon Jr.; his grandparents, James Patrick Hargon Sr. and Ray and Bessie Hunnicutt; and Rebecca's grandparents, Henry and Joann Fuemmeler.
