ADVANCE, Mo. -- Terry Wiseman, 43, of Advance and Wappapello, Mo., passed away Friday, Jan. 8, 2010, at his home in Wappapello. He was born May 28, 1966, at Bloomfield, Mo., son of Odell and Marlene Kirk Wiseman. Terry retired as Bollinger County sheriff. He was a member of Zalma Masonic Lodge and Zalma Fire Department. ADVANCE, Mo. -- Terry Wiseman, 43, of Advance and Wappapello, Mo., passed away Friday, Jan. 8, 2010, at his home in Wappapello.

He was born May 28, 1966, at Bloomfield, Mo., son of Odell and Marlene Kirk Wiseman.

Terry retired as Bollinger County sheriff. He was a member of Zalma Masonic Lodge and Zalma Fire Department. He was a 1984 graduate of Advance High School.

Terry and Becky Newson were married July 18, 1988, in Las Vegas.

Survivors include his wife, Becky Wiseman of Advance; a son, Josh Wiseman of Advance; a daughter, Nikki Clark of Puxico, Mo.; and a brother, Ronnie Wiseman of Advance.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance. A Masonic service will be held at 7:30.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance, with the Rev. Dale Wiseman officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
