PATTON, Mo. -- Terry Conrad, 71, of Patton passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022, at his home.
He was born Aug. 13, 1950, in Cape Girardeau, son of David Dean and Dorothy Jean Bollinger Conrad. On June 22, 1969, he married his high school sweetheart, Mary Lou Whitener and after 42 years together, she preceded him in death on April 21, 2012.
Terry grew up in Patton. He spent all his working years farming as well as teaching from 1972 to 1982, and then later retiring from Procter & Gamble after more than 20 years of service. He was a member of Sedgewickville United Methodist Church.
He is survived by son, Justin Conrad and fiance Elora Ocampo of Dalton, Pennsylvania; son, Christopher and his wife Jessica and their children Chase David, Allie Jo and Bode Cole of Patton; brother, Marty (Rhonda) Conrad of Sedgewickville; sister, Donna (David) Allen of Burfordville and sister, Debbie Poindexter of Perryville, Missouri; nieces and nephews, and many, many friends.
Pallbearers are Justin Conrad, Chris Conrad, Matthew Conrad, Chase Conrad, Bode Conrad, Marty Conrad, Terry Allen and Ronnie Allen.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Patton and from 8 to 10 a.m. Friday.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Alex Niswonger officiating. Burial will follow in the Patton Cemetery.
