Terrie Eldridge

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Terrie L. Eldridge, daughter of the late Marvin and Maxine Alsobrook Ancell was born Nov. 11, 1946, in Chaffee and departed this life Thursday, May 27, 2021, at the Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau at the age of 74 years.

Terrie was a member of the General Baptist Church in Chaffee. She retired from Southeast Hospital after 32 years of service.

On Feb. 21, 1975, she was united in marriage to Russ Eldridge in Cape Girardeau. He survives of the home in Cape Girardeau.

Besides her husband, survivors include one son, Rodney (Beth) Eldridge of Kelso, Missouri; grandsons, Will and Clay Eldridge; brother, David (Kathy) Ancell of Section, Alabama; nephew, David (Angie) Ancell II of Huntsville, Alabama; and niece, Kim Trupiano of Huntsville.

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Thursday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

Funeral will follow at 10 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Bob Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
