Tara Brown

Tara Brown, 27, of Louisville, Ky., died Friday, April 25, 2008, at Christian Northeast Hospital in St. Louis.

She was born June 29, 1980, in Charleston, Mo., daughter of Herman Grant and Aries Brown.

Brown was a mental health associate at Ten Brooke Hospital in Louisville.

Survivors include a son, Tyler Tillison of Louisville; her father of Sikeston, Mo.; her mother of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Herman Grant of Springfield, Mo., Darren Brown of Dayton, Ohio; two sisters, Latibia Jackson of St. Louis and Regina Jackson of Hopkinsville, Ky.

She was preceded in death by a son.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Friday at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Sikeston.

The funeral will be at noon Friday at the church, with L.J. Nabors officiating.

Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
