SIKESTON, Mo. -- Tammy Angeline Parker, 40, of Sikeston died Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2003, in a traffic accident on Interstate 55 north of Sikeston. SIKESTON, Mo. -- Tammy Angeline Parker, 40, of Sikeston died Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2003, in a traffic accident on Interstate 55 north of Sikeston.

She was born Aug. 18, 1962, in Charleston, Mo., daughter of Lonnie and Shirley Ann Long DeWitt. She and James L. Parker II were married June 15, 1990, in Paducah, Ky.

Parker was office manager at Monty's Manufactured Homes in Cape Girardeau. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Chaffee, Mo.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Hayley Parker of the home; a stepson, Jamie Parker of Berger, Mo.; her parents of Sikeston; a brother, Jim DeWitt of Memphis, Tenn.; a sister, Missy Montgomery of Cape Girardeau; and paternal grandmother, Geneva DeWitt of Sikeston.

She was preceded in death by paternal grandfather and maternal grandparents.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. today.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Revs. Marty Blakey and Richard Long officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
