Tammy R. Giles, 46, of Jackson died Saturday, Oct. 9, 2004, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Sept. 25, 1958, in Larned, Kan., daughter of Vincent Everett and Marjorie Lucille Hall Wirtz. She and Stephen W. Giles were married Jan. 22, 2003, in Jonesboro, Ark.
Giles received a degree in nursing from Park College in Parkville, Mo. She was a registered nurse at Saint Francis Medical Center.
Survivors include her husband of Pryor, Okla.; three daughters, Sarah Deck and Laurie Cornay of Jackson, Mary Lou Dodson of Lees Summit, Mo.; her mother, Marjorie Unruh of Larned; five sisters, Theresa Fox and Tina Fox of Kansas City, Mo., Linda Lockwood of Grand Junction, Colo., Sheryle Kleweno of St. Paul, Minn., Rhonda Pasquale of Denver, Colo.; and a brother, Bob Kleweno of Ensign, Kan.
She was preceded in death by two sons and her father.
There is no visitation.
A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Church of Christ in Jackson. The Rev. Bryan McAlister will officiate.
Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
