Tamara Louise O'Kelly, 37, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, May 2, 2007, at her home.
She was born Aug. 14, 1969, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Billy Ray and Diane Sue Dillingham O'Kelly.
O'Kelly attended Southeast Missouri State University. She was a certified nurse assistant at Fountainbleau Lodge. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.
Survivors include her mother of Cape Girardeau; three sons, Andrew and Christopher O'Kelly of Cape Girardeau, Timothy Smith of Jackson; two brothers, Billy Ray (Susan) O'Kelly Jr. and Chad Dillingham of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Priscilla Dillingham of Fruitland; a grandson, Ethan O'Kelly, a granddaughter, Kendall O'Kelly; and paternal grandmother, Nell Mainer of Cape Girardeau.
She was preceded in death by her father; maternal grandparents, Fred and Louise Kaempfer; paternal grandfather, Robert O'Kelly; a cousin, Brian O'Kelly; a brother, Michael Wayne Dillingham; and lifelong companion, Roger Smith.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating. Burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to the family to apply toward funeral costs.
