Tamara Miller

ANNA, Ill. -- Tamara G. Miller, 46, of Anna died Monday, Sept. 8, 2008, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

She was born Nov. 5, 1961, in Anna, daughter of Gary and Judy Fuller Keller.

Survivors include two daughters, Sydney and Beatryss Miller of Anna; her parents, Gary and Judy Keller of Cobden, Ill.; a sister, Toni Flamm of Cobden; and maternal grandmother, Juanita Fuller of Cobden.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Homer Fuller, and paternal grandparents, Lowell and Cleta Keller.

Miller received a bachelor of arts degree from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, and a master of nursing degree from the University of Mississippi.

She was vice president of clinical services with Vendell Health Care Inc. in Nashvillle, Tenn., until 1998. She had been director of nursing at Choate Mental Health and Developmental Center in Anna since 1999.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Billy Carter officiating. Burial will be in Casper Cemetery north of Anna.
