LILBOURN -- Sylvester "Dough Belly" Wilson, 38, of Lilbourn died Friday, Nov. 29, 1996, from injuries received in an automobile accident.
He was born Nov. 23, 1958, in Frenchman Bayou, Ark., son of Cecil and Elnora White Wilson.
Wilson was a construction worker. He was a member of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn; a daughter, Syldelia Hunter of Parma; three stepdaughters, Shalonda Givings of Mississippi, Vera White of Parma, Melanie White of the home; four stepsons, George and Percy White, Carl and Michael Williams, all of Sikeston.
He is also survived by three sisters, Augusta Wilson of Howardville, Irine Simpson of Cleveland, Ohio, Corine Williams of Catron; six brothers, L.C. and Cecil Wilson of Lilbourn, Terry Wilson of Marion, Ark., Earnest Wilson of Proctor, Ark., Robert Jones of Chicago, Sammy Wilson; and two stepgrandchildren.
Friends may call at Williams-Farr and Purnell Funeral Home in Howardville from 6-8 p.m. Friday.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Pilgrim Rest Church with the Rev. M.P. Tremble officiating. Burial will be in Simmons Park Cemetery at Catron.
