SYBIL ROBISON

ADVANCE -- Sybil L. Robison, 79, of Advance died Wednesday, Dec. 8, 1999, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. She was born Jan. 15, 1920, at Goose Pond Hill, daughter of Henry and Minnie Pixley. She and Jack Robison were married Nov. 14, 1938, at Jackson. He died Aug. 18, 1987...

ADVANCE -- Sybil L. Robison, 79, of Advance died Wednesday, Dec. 8, 1999, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born Jan. 15, 1920, at Goose Pond Hill, daughter of Henry and Minnie Pixley. She and Jack Robison were married Nov. 14, 1938, at Jackson. He died Aug. 18, 1987.

Robison worked 30 years at Inland Shoe Co. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Jim Robison of Sikeston; two daughters, Janet Killion of St. Louis, Linda Spence of Sikeston; a brother, Charles Pixley of Advance; a sister, Grace Hinkle of Advance; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by five brothers and five sisters.

Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Chapel from 5:30-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Dan Gibson officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park.
