Funeral for Suzanne Muriel Gum of Gloucester, Mass., was held Monday at St. Ann Catholic Church in Malden, Mo. The Rev. Glenn Eftink officiated.

Bradshaw Funeral Home in Gideon, Mo., was in charge of arrangements.

Gum, 48, died Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2000, at Addison-Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester.

She was born June 23, 1952, in Detroit, Mich., daughter of Roy Leonard and Philomena Bown Holman. She and Tommy Gum were married Oct. 8, 1983, in Gideon.

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Christina Renew of Traverse City, Mich., Ellisa Gates of Detroit, Mich., Dawn Gates of Williamsburg, Ky.; four sisters, Mary Holifield and Laurie Holman of Cape Girardeau, Eileen Holman of Jackson, Mo., Heather Holman of Detroit; two brothers, Jon Holman of Cape Girardeau, Robert Holman of Elk City, Okla.; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
