HAYWOOD CITY -- Steven "Fat Man" McCray, 33, of Haywood City, died Friday, March 10, 1995, from injuries received in an automobile accident.

He was born Oct. 4, 1961, in Vanduser, son of Q.T. and Lena Grayson McCray.

McCray was a 1980 graduate of Scott County Central High School at Morley, and served in the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his father of Topeka, Kan.; his mother, Lena Raby of Haywood City; three brothers, Q.T. Jr. and Isaiah McCray of Sikeston, Reginald McCray of Grand Rapids, Mich.; six sisters, Essie McCray of Jackson, Lisa and Salena McCray and Tashika Raby of Haywood City, Athrilla Raby of Grand Rapids, Laura Williams of Sikeston, and maternal grandparents, Isaiah and Essie Grayson of Haywood City.

Friends may call at Williams-Farr and Purnell Funeral Home in Sikeston from 6-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Bell City Church of God In Christ with Elder David Pullen officiating. Burial will be in J.C. Pullen Memorial Garden at Bell City.
