ADVANCE -- Stephanie A. Garner, 81, of Fraser, Mich., died Sunday, Oct. 6, 1996, in Sterling Heights, Mich.

She was born Nov. 9, 1914, in Detroit, Mich., daughter of Andrew and Mary Wrobel. She married Henry W. Garner, who died April 20, 1987.

Garner was a member of St. Ronald's Catholic Church in Fraser.

Survivors include a son, Hank Garner; a daughter, Mary Peterson of Arcadia, Calif.; three brothers, Mitchell Wrobel of Ft. Myers, Fla., Ted and Cass Wrobel of Venice, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance. The Rev. Frederick Lutz will officiate, with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery near Bell City.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 9 a.m. Thursday.
