JONESBORO, Ill. -- Stan Eudy, 79, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Jonesboro, died Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Feb. 21, 1940, in Jonesboro, the son of Milo and Delores Miller Eudy.
Stan is survived by his son, Kyle (Debbie) Eudy of Cape Girardeau; three daughters, Ginger (Mike) Welker of Perryville, Missouri, and Leasa (Kevin) Maxfield and Christy Huffman, all of Cape Girardeau; stepson, Jason (Jane) Eaton of Nashville, Tennessee; eight grandchildren, Grant Eudy, Zach Huffman, Kelly and Emily Welker, Alec and Drew Eudy, Logan Huffman and Payton Maxfield; great-grandchild, Allie Rose Eudy; brother, Steve (Sue) Eudy of Anna, Illinois; sister, Marjorie Stark of Anna; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Stan was a member of Church of the Good Shephard in St. Charles, Missouri. He was retired from UPS in St. Louis, where he worked many years as an over-the-road truck driver. Stan was past president of the Jaycees. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
Funeral will be at noon Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Clint Nale officiating. Interment will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.
