Skylar Weber

Skylar Jeramiah Weber, 13, of St. John's, Mo., joined the angels Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at Cardinal Glennon Hospital in St. Louis.

He is the son of Dale Rodney and N`acole Parker Weber of St. John, Mo.; grandson of James R. and Judith Ruebel of Cape Girardeau, Charles Parker and Mary Parker of St. Louis; brother of Alexis Alexandria and Cheyenne Raquel Weber of St. John's.

Skylar attended Stix Early Childhood Center, Our Lady of the Presentation, Marvin Elementary and Ritenour Middle School. Skylar loved life, family and made many new friends at Cardinal Glennon Hospital over the last two years. He met many Cardinals players, hockey and football players, and got to help fly a jet airplane for a few minutes. Sunday night he took a flight when the angels gave him his wings.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Ortmann Funeral Home, 9222 Lackland Road, Overland, Mo.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of the Presentation, 8860 Tudor Ave., Overland, Mo. Burial will be in St. Peters Cemetery in St. Louis.
