SHIRLEY STEEN

MARBLE HILL -- Shirley J. Steen, 60, of Bond Nursing Home in Marble Hill died Friday, Jan. 23, 1998, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born June 2, 1937, at Chaffee, daughter of Marvin and Earl Hider Steen.

Steen was a member of Caney Fork Baptist Church.

Survivors include two brothers, Marvin "Bud" Steen of Marshfield, Bobby Steen of Niangua; two sisters, Louise Shell of Marble Hill, and Ella Windeknecht of Litchfield Park, Ariz.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.

Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4:30-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. E.D. Francis officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Baptist Cemetery.
