Sheila Ruth Boes, 64, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015, at Saint Francis Medical Center. She was born Jan. 7, 1951, in Cape Girardeau to Edwin and Anna Hale Held. Survivors include a son, Terry (Tabetha) Held of Plato, Missouri; three daughters, Tracy Hay of Scott City, Candance Walsh of Cape Girardeau and Misty (Danny) Smith of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Roger Held of McClure, Illinois; six sisters, Carolyn Dinwiddie and Donna Froggatt of Scott City, Phyllis Miller of Chaffee, Missouri, Linda Matlock of Burfordsville, Cathy Medford of Benton, Missouri, and Debbie Gullett of Jackson; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.. ...

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Michelle Boes; four brothers; and three sisters.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Frank Giunta officiating. Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery at Commerce, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Amick-Burnett to assist with funeral expenses.
