Selma Anita McClard, 88, of Orofino, Idaho, died Sunday, Jan. 7, 2007, in Orofino. She was born Jan. 16, 1918, at Egypt Mills, daughter of Edward and Amanda Gerlach. McClard attended Lutheran school in Cape Girardeau. She worked at Southeast Missouri Hospital, Southeast Missouri State University, and did in-home housekeeping after she retired...

Selma Anita McClard, 88, of Orofino, Idaho, died Sunday, Jan. 7, 2007, in Orofino.

She was born Jan. 16, 1918, at Egypt Mills, daughter of Edward and Amanda Gerlach.

McClard attended Lutheran school in Cape Girardeau. She worked at Southeast Missouri Hospital, Southeast Missouri State University, and did in-home housekeeping after she retired.

Survivors include two daughters, Brenda Davis of Orofino, Linda Bruce of Jackson; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, three brothers and a sister.

Pine Hills Funeral Chapel of Orofino is in charge of arrangements.
