He was born July 24, 1926, in Blytheville, Ark., son of Sellars and Gertrude Roberts Allen.
Allen had worked at Leming Lumber Co.
Survivors include a brother, Leeroy Allen of Cape Girardeau, and a sister, Lucille Smith of Springfield, Mo.
