Scott William Bryan, 40, 431A Broadway, died Tuesday, April 23, 1996, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born March 7, 1956, in Cape Girardeau, son of William Morse and Jessie Jo Harvey Bryan. He and Sharon K. Bender were married Sept. 26, 1987, in Carlisle, Pa.
Bryan was a 1975 graduate of Central High School. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1975-92, retiring as staff sergeant. He worked for Handling and Storage Concept in St. Louis. He was a member of the Marine Reserves and First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Allen Bryan; four daughters, Joel and Michelle Bryan and Tiffany and Tasha Blain, his parents, and a sister, Ann Fisher, all of Cape Girardeau.
There is no visitation.
A service will be held at Lorimier Cemetery Mausoleum at 11 a.m. Friday, with the Rev. Charles Dreyer officiating. Military rites will be conducted by VFW Post 3838 and Missouri National Guard 1140th Engineer Battalion.
Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
