DONGOLA, Ill. -- Scott Ray Morgan, 26, Dongola Route 1, died Thursday, Aug. 31, 1995, from injuries received in an automobile accident east of Anna. He was born Aug. 20, 1969, in Cape Girardeau, Mo., son of Ray Gene and Sharon Kay Hill Morgan. Morgan was an ironworker. DONGOLA, Ill. -- Scott Ray Morgan, 26, Dongola Route 1, died Thursday, Aug. 31, 1995, from injuries received in an automobile accident east of Anna.

He was born Aug. 20, 1969, in Cape Girardeau, Mo., son of Ray Gene and Sharon Kay Hill Morgan.

Morgan was an ironworker. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Jonesboro, and Local 782 in Paducah, Ky.

Survivors include his parents of Anna; two sisters, Gena Morgan of Jonesboro, Marsha Morgan of Anna; paternal grandmother, Lorene Morgan, and maternal grandparents, Doial and Beulah Hill, all of Jonesboro.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather.

Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Randy Morgan officiating. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.
