S. Scott Kinchen

S. Scott Kinchen, son of the late Lonnie Lee Kinchen and Jean (Branum) Kinchen, was born Nov. 7, 1954, and died on June 6, 2015, at the age of 60.

Survivors include two daughters, Catherine Lee Kinchen of Dexter, Mo. and Claire Louise Kinchen of Austin, Texas; one brother: Steven Wayne Kinchen of Hornersville, Mo.; one sister, Sarah Burdin and husband, David of Cape Girardeau, Mo.

Other relatives and many friends also survive.

Scott was of Dexter, Mo.and died at his Dexter home. He was a member of the Kiwanis Club, Boy Scouts, Dexter Chamber of Commerce and First United Methodist Church of Dexter.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett, Mo. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2015, at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett with Dr. Barry Winders officiating.
