RUTH L. WORSTMAN

DONGOLA, Ill. -- Ruth L. Worstman, 102, died at 2:05 p.m. Saturday, June 17, 1995, at the Hillside Terrace Nursing Home in Cobden, Ill.

She was born Feb. 3, 1893, at Balcom, the daughter of John A. and Sarah Hinkle Leyerle, both of whom preceded her in death.

She was a member of the Jonesboro Rebekah Lodge for 50 years and was a retired cook for the Dongola Unit School.

She is survived by a daughter, Louise Castagna of Dongola.

She is preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the American Legion Cemetery in Dongola.

Visitation will take place today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Crain Funeral Home in Dongola.
