DEXTER, Mo. -- Funeral for Rudy Vallee Taylor of Dexter will be held at 1 p.m. today at Rainey Funeral Home. The Rev. Frank Bain will officiate. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until time of service.

Taylor, 67, died Monday, Oct. 29, 2001, at Missouri Southern Healthcare.

He was born June 12, 1934, in Jacksonville, Ark., son of Bayless and Alma Montgomery Taylor Sr.

Survivors include a brother, Bayless Taylor Jr. of Dudley, Mo.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
