He was born July 28, 1982, in Hayti, Missouri, to Don Cobb and Deborah Larry.
He and Amanda Unsbee Cobb met in 2003 and began their life together. They started their family and were married July 20, 2011, at First General Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau.

Rudy is survived by his wife, Amanda; two daughters, Kayona and Aaliyah Cobb; brother, Don Larry; two sisters, Shumika Larry and Stoutweeda Larry; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
