OAK RIDGE -- Ruby Elbrecht, 81, of Oak Ridge died Saturday, April 30, 1994 at Jackson Manor. She was born May 30, 1912 at Old Appleton, the daughter of Fritz and Rosie Bess Banbach. OAK RIDGE -- Ruby Elbrecht, 81, of Oak Ridge died Saturday, April 30, 1994 at Jackson Manor.

She was born May 30, 1912 at Old Appleton, the daughter of Fritz and Rosie Bess Banbach.

On Jan. 3, 1934, she married Norbert Elbrecht at Uniontown. He survives. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church at Friedheim.

She is also survived by one son, Nelson Elbrecht, Jackson; two daughters, Laverne Ahrens and Shirley Myers, both of Oak Ridge; one sister, Pearl Petzoldt, Dexter; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Two brothers and one sister preceded her in death.

Funeral service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church at Friedheim with the Rev. Wayne Palmer officiating.

Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home today from 4-8 p.m. and Monday from 8:30-10 a.m.
