CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Ruby L. Duncan, 88, of Chaffee died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2005, at Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born June 10, 1916, in Russellville, Ark., daughter of James Arthur and Frances Marie Floyd Mason. She and Clyde Duncan were married Dec. 10, 1937. He died May 14, 1997.
Mrs. Duncan was a member of First Assembly of God Church, and former member of Chaffee Eastern Star Chapter 48.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ann and Carl Kagle of Cape Girardeau; two granddaughters and spouses, Debbie and Carroll Williams of Cape Girardeau, Karla and the Rev. David Liebherr of Waukesha, Wis.; 12 great-grandchildren, Lance Ferrell of Cape Girardeau; Mandi, David, Ellen, Clayton, Benjamin, Jonathan, Josiah, Abraham, Caleb, Nathaniel and Gabriel Liebherr, all of Waukesha; a sister, Bonita Reilly of Kingston, N.Y.; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 4 p.m. Sunday.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the chapel, with the Revs. William Marshall and Darren Larkin officiating. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.
