EAST PRAIRIE -- Ruby Krauss Crum, 74, of East Prairie died Wednesday, Oct. 28, 1998, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
She was born July 13, 1924, in Savannah, Tenn., daughter of Clyde and Luverna Edmundson Taylor. She first married Herbert Marshall Krauss Dec. 28, 1940. He died Nov. 17, 1978. She later married Deward Crum in 1980. He died April 27, 1990.
Crum lived in Mississippi County most of her life. She operated an upholstery shop in her home.
Survivors include three daughters, Gloria Myers, Penny Williams and Pam Taylor of East Prairie; two brothers, Hard Taylor of Huntsville, Ala., Earl Taylor of Sanford, N.C.; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, a sister and five brothers,
Friends may call at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie after 6 p.m. today.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston. Richard Farquhar will officiate.
