Ruby B. Cook, 91, of Jackson passed away Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2018, at her home.
She was born Sept. 7, 1926, in Neely's Landing to the late Dale and Maude Medlock Gohn.
Ruby and Lindell Cook were married Aug. 15, 1942, in Perryville, Missouri. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Northside Gospel Assembly of God for 16 years. Ruby owned and operated an antique shop for 30 years and enjoyed buying and selling very much. She had a deep love for her family.
Loving survivors include her daughter, Linda (Bob) Osborn of Jackson; a grandson, Danny Brown; and three great-grandchildren, Matthew and Michelle Hoffman and Lacey Chui.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one granddaughter and one sister.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. today at Northside Gospel Assembly of God. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at the church, with the Rev. Wilferd Wren officiating. Burial will follow at Russell Heights Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be given to Saint Francis Hospice.
