FLAT RIVER -- Ruby Agnes Simmons, 18, of Rt. 33, Flat River, died Friday March 8, 1991, in a house fire at 731 N. Spanish in Cape Girardeau.

She is the daughter of Robert Simmons of Alabama and Nancy Jenkins Simmons Sample of Flat River.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ in Cape Girardeau.

She is survived by her parents, two brothers, William Simmons of Farmington and Keith Simmons of St. Louis; three sisters, Mary Jenkins and Barbara Sample of Flat River, and Michelle Dunkin of Alabama.

Friends may call today from 4-8 p.m. at Ford & Sons Sprigg Street Chapel.

Funeral service will be Monday at 10 a.m. at the funeral chapel. The Rev. Faye Bumpus will officiate. Burial will follow at the Lorimier Cemetery.
