MIDLOTHIAN, Ill. — Rosetta M. McCrite Verble, 92, passed away Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017.
She was the dearest daughter of the late Edward and Dora McCrite, and the beloved wife of the late Sam Verble.
She is survived by her loving children, Sam (Fran) Verble, Danny (Renee) Verble, Jerry (Kathy) Verble, Garry (Donna) Verble and Terry Verble; seven cherished grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a sister, Gustava “Toot” Lawrence; and nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents and husband, Rosetta was preceded in death by a daughter, Jane Verble; and siblings, Winifred Fravle, Mary McCrite, Farrell McCrite and Edward McCrite.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at McKenzie Funeral Home, 15618 S. Cicero Ave. in Oak Forest, Illinois.
Family and friends will gather at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lindsey Cemetery in McClure, Illinois, for an interment service.
